We provide a hassle-free cancellation request option accessible through the order panel. You can place your cancellation request directly from there, or alternatively, you can reach out to us via email or phone to cancel your order.

The convenience fee charged on orders is non-refundable if the cancellation is initiated by the buyer. However, if the order is cancelled by us, the complete order amount will be refunded. This fee is applicable only if the buyer chooses to cancel the order and opts for a refund.

A convenience fee of 2% will be deducted for orders cancelled by the buyer before shipping. Once the order has been shipped, a 5% charge will be applied if the cancellation is initiated by the buyer. Additionally, a 3% deduction will be made if the buyer requests a modification to the order after it has been shipped. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount. Refunds will be initiated upon receipt of the product in the same condition as it was shipped.

The aforementioned charges are only applicable if the buyer initiates such requests. No charges will be applicable if such steps are initiated by us.
