Return/Refund Policy

    

      We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered is damaged, incorrect, dead upon arrival, or defective. Buyers have 3 days (7 days for complete PC sets) after delivery to inform us of any disputes in the order to claim for return or refund. Buyers can notify us of issues via email or phone.

For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable for defective or damaged products; no refunds will be issued.

Return/refund requests will be cancelled if the product seal is opened and the product is not faulty.

Return/refund requests will also be cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.

Buyers should retain packaging material until the return window opens to facilitate proper repackaging and prevent damage during transit.

Products should be packed in the same manner as received; applying tapes or glues directly on the product or box may result in cancellation of the return request.

All accessories delivered with the product must be returned along with the product.

Refunds for payments made through our payment gateway will be issued to the same account used for payment. For BANK TRANSFER and COD orders, refunds will be processed only to the buyer’s bank account, usually taking 7-10 working days to reflect.

A 5% deduction from the order value/total amount will apply if the payment was made using Credit Card and the order is cancelled by the buyer.
