Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

We ensure efficient delivery of products to domestic buyers through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. Orders are dispatched within 15 working days or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to the norms of the courier company/postal authorities.

While ALPHABET TECHNOLOGY SERVICES endeavors to hand over consignments to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the order and payment date, any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities is beyond our liability. The delivery address will always be the registered address associated with the buyer’s credit/debit card, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.

ATS bears no responsibility for any damage incurred during transit to the buyer. We take pride in using secure and efficient payment gateways, accepting all major cards.

Calculation of Delivery Charge for Multiple Units and Products

The shipping charge is determined by the weight of the product. In the case of multiple products ordered from the same category, our system calculates the total weight of all units and applies a single delivery fee.

For instance, if a customer orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms respectively, they will be charged a single delivery fee for a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. There are no charges for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Therefore, the customer pays a delivery fee of Rs 85 for ordering the three items as a single order, as opposed to Rs 142 if ordered separately.

The weight-based delivery charge is already factored into the product cost at the payment stage for transparency and convenience.
