The purchaser hereby confirms that their registration certificate under the TNGST Act 1959 is valid at the time of the sale transaction.

The Company’s responsibility concludes upon the departure of goods from our warehouse.

We issue GST invoices for all products sold, and no product is sold without a GST invoice. Buyers requesting their company’s GST number on the invoice must specify this in the comment box during the ordering process and provide their company’s GST certificate.

A convenience fee of 2% is applicable to orders canceled by the buyer before shipping; once shipped, a 5% charge is levied for canceled orders. A 3% deduction applies to order modifications after shipping, with no charges for modifications before shipping. These deductions are adjusted from the refund amount, which is initiated upon receipt of the returned product in its original condition.

Orders paid through Bajaj EMI/CREDIT CARD/PINELABS will incur a 5% deduction if canceled by the buyer.

Sold materials are computer spares and components and do not constitute a complete system unless specified as such.

Informing us of any special usage requirements or abnormal environmental conditions at the time of purchase is necessary; failure to do so may void the warranty.

Customers cannot claim ignorance of the terms and conditions as grounds for waiving responsibility.

For gaming chairs, only part replacement is available for defective or damaged products; no refunds are issued for gaming chair orders.

“Dead on Arrival” products must be returned with all parts and accessories for consideration as a DOA case; failure to do so will result in rejection.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling, or tampering with warranty stickers; professional installation by a qualified PC hardware engineer is required for all products.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders due to price or stock issues.

Disputes arising from this sale contract shall be exclusively decided by the court in Kolkata
